Diagnosis

Amalia Ursache presented with periodontal overerupted upper teeth and failing restorative dental work on the posterior sides, indicating the need for comprehensive intervention to address both periodontal issues and failing dental restorations.

Treatment Plan

In response to the diagnosed conditions, a comprehensive treatment plan was formulated, incorporating the following procedures:

  1. Re-Endodontic Treatments (RE-RCT’s): Re-Endodontic Treatments were performed to address the periodontal overeruption of the upper teeth, restoring the health of the affected teeth and ensuring stability for further restorative work.
  2. Porcelain Crowns for Upper Front Teeth: Porcelain crowns were recommended for the upper front teeth to address the failing restorative dental work, providing durable and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
  3. Bridge Supported on Implants for Posterior Sides (Upper and Lower): Implant-supported bridges were proposed for the posterior sides of both upper and lower dental arches, offering stable and functional replacements for the failing restorations while restoring proper occlusion and chewing function.
